- The sum assumes the team member replies for all 8 paid hours without a break. Take out meals and rest, and each reply costs more.
- Employer costs such as National Insurance, pensions and holiday pay are not counted, so the real cost of a typed reply is higher.
- The AI's cost comes out of your AI credit, which you top up in pounds. Typed staff replies never use credit. The AI answers routine questions so your team can do the work only people can do.

Is the AI Sales Agent really free forever?
Yes. No monthly fee and no service charge. You get £5 of free AI credit on your first £10 top up, and after that you top up AI credit and pay only for the AI replies it sends.
What does one AI reply cost?
Between 5p to 10p, charged by what each reply uses. AI Chatbot replies and AI Sales Agent replies both fall in that range. Images, voice notes, product preparation, document uploads, test messages and the staff AI assistant are small itemised lines.
Which package do I need?
Starter (£80 per month) covers every product for one business. Running several businesses? Contact us and we will fit a plan to you.
Is AI use included in a package?
No. AI credit is separate billing on every package, so packages still top up AI credit for AI use. That way nobody pays for AI they do not use.
How does the free trial work?
Every package starts with a 7 day free trial. We are onboarding a small number of businesses at a time, so new businesses join the waiting list first and we contact them when there is a place.
Does AI credit expire?
No. Credit stays until you use it. The AI stops just before zero and starts again when you top up.
Are staff replies free?
Yes. Replies your team types never use AI credit.
Which currency do you charge in?
UK customers are charged in pounds sterling. The consultation is the one exception: it is charged in pounds sterling, and your bank converts it.
What is the launch offer?
Sign up by 30 November 2026 and Starter stays at £80 a month for your first 12 months. After that it is £99 a month. The offer is locked in when you sign up, so a later price change does not affect your first 12 months.
